Timberline Cottages Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations
How do I pay my association dues?
All fees are due on the 1st day of each month by check or electronic direct withdrawal.
Are pets allowed? What are the rules?
NO Pit Bulls, Rottweilers or other potentially vicious dogs or other animals shall be allowed in the development.
Homeowners will need to provide interior housing for all pets. No outside kennels or runs will be allowed.
Homeowners/Residents shall be responsible for caring for their pets in such a way as to keep them from becoming a nuisance to other Homeowners.
Pets will not be allowed outside privately contained areas unleashed. No pets shall be restrained outside by use of chains, ropes or other similar devices.
Homeowners and their guests shall be responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Any pet damage to the community property or outside fixtures will be repaired at the Homeowners’ expense.
What landscaping services are provided by the association?
The association provides landscaping services for all homeowners and common areas, including trees, shrubs, grasses and other landscaping features. Planting of trees and shrubs – To preclude costly damage to the infrastructure and control landscaping maintenance costs, any proposed planting of trees or shrubs by Homeowners must first have the approval of the Board of Directors. Costs of repairing any damage to utility infrastructure resulting from penetration of the ground by Homeowners will be the financial responsibility of the Homeowner causing the damage.
Are gardens allowed?
Homeowners shall have the right to maintain plants and/or cultivate flowers in the appropriate areas on their property, however, the Association reserves the right to remove or require removal at the owner’s expense, of any plantings which, in its discretion, interfere with the maintenance of the property, are unsightly, noxious, unsafe or otherwise detrimental to the community.
Is snow removal handled by the association?
Yes, the association contract with a snow removal company to clear our streets, your driveway and the walk to your front door. Homeowners and guests are required to remove their vehicles from streets and guest parking areas during snow removal periods. In addition, they are encouraged to remove their vehicles from driveways during these periods.
Can my guests park on the streets overnight?
No, overnight parking on streets is prohibited. Overnight parking of any trailers, recreational vehicles or boats in guest parking areas and driveways is prohibited. The guest parking areas are intended for use by guests only, and are not for use by Homeowners/residents.
